i just finished brewing this one today  i forgot to measure my starting Grav but i did get my after boil which was 1.065.
smelt so nice brewing..

Should i use a 2 stage ferment with this? or will a single work fine? I am unable to cold crash my beers though which is a shit.

so i racked off to my secondary so i could check the grav due to being worried it wasn't fermenting.

grav reading from 1.065 down to 1.025 so it seems i was worrying about nothing..
