Taste: (30.0) mashed with 17 litres at 73c, mash wash at 63c so boiled 1 lt of water and added it. still looked like 63c , going just leave it there.

Sounds and looks like a great beer. Nice video for this too! I ve watched a lot of your videos and really learned a lot. thank you. I just posted kind of a wacky idea in the forum about single bottle brewing. Would love to know what you think about it. cheers!
