Brewed my all grain recipe this morning. My head must have been up my arse. I had put 6 liters of water in my mash tun before I realized I had not put the manifold back after cleaning. Transferred first running to kettle, didn't lose to much before closing the valve off and finally knocked over my test sample.
On top of that my pre-boil and post-boil SG's were 10 points off where BS said they should be. I thought it may have been due to an issue with mash temp after my initial problems, but the temp at end of mash was good.
On the bright side it still tasted good going in to fermentor.

Yep, there are some days I think I am intelligent and have a total handle on life. Then there are most days when the men in white coats need to come and take me away.

HI mate. found this from the Youtube video. Original post says recipe will be updated. Do you have the full recipe somewhere that includes water amounts, mash and boiled times and temps, ect? Looking forward to giving it a go.
