G'day mate.
Great vids well done.
Seeing as you like Fullers ESB thought I would attach this article from BYO.
Found their parti-gyle technique interesting.
I got a very cheap source of Fullers beer last year (some issue with the distributor and Dan Murphy's). I much preferred the London Pride to the ESB. Seeing as I have only been brewing since August last year, so far I have brewed the London Pride in this article 4 times. It is a winner. Suppose I should try the ESB and the Porter.
Didn't go back and check but think it might have been yourself who asked me about the Speckled Hen clone I did.
You can take the Pom out of England but....
Cheers
Chris

Thanks so much, will give it a good read tomorrow and yeah i do remember asking someone about a speckled hen clone. My brew is always evolving statrted as an export scottish ale and was lucky enough to score a silver medal in the national homebrew comp but it still needed tweaking and in doing so thought it was an ESB , but now the ABV is 6.5% so not sure if it fits and its too high for an export now. So, I will have to sudy the comp specs to find where it fits.
This has happened because i emagine what a good ale should taste like for me and not going so much for a style recipe. Maybe as simple as a Strong Ale.
Looking forward to reading that artical so thanks again and cheers, takecare.

Thanks for posting the artical on the fullers brewing, and i totally agree with it when they say brew the same beer over and over again taking notes. Turns out my beer is a Wee heavy, its just the way the brew has developed. A few more of these brews and i might have to give the ESB a go, looks very simple and you rekon its a winner. so cheers Chris.
