What to Brew Next? was created by m3taL_Brewer
well after the success of our last brew day, I'm keen to get somthing a bit bigger and a bit left of field into the fermenter....

IIPA or somthing.... iv never drank a IIPA but i'd love to get somthing on the go...

anyone got some ideas on what kinda beer i should make?

That sounds good mate.
Winter just around the corner, a nice porter or stout could be an option leaving you with a little melding time before the cold hits?

although others have stated maybe some more NZ hops should be used... im not quite sure about it all but we have a starting point :)
