I reckon at 1.015 you are done. If you have a fridge that can 'cold crash' or cool it down it may help some more of the matter settle to the bottom, otherwise just go ahead and bottle it! Theres not much you can do, or to worry about in my opinion, you need some sort of tap on your boil pot. Hope it tastes great! Cheerz

My fridge is busted atm unfortunately but have got to get another before summer. Guess I will bottle this tomorrow arvo :) the hydrometer samples taste greatso should be a good beer. I did a similar brew on Friday night but I did no chill in the brew kettle and it worked great because the trub had all settled out by the morning so I left almost all of it behind. My efficiency still sucks though came up about 8 points short :( oh well should still be about 4 %
