Pre boil volume 27.0 litres, post boil volume 19.0 litres,OG 1053,FG 1020,ABV 4.38%abv.Dry hopped with Cascade 25.0 gr on day 7 for 5 days.Finished a tad high but yo would not know it as there is very little residual sweetness, again dry hop smells and taste great, floral but sort of like a muted Centenniel floral.Dark roast prominent with hints of burnt toffee, lovely. :silly:

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
