Hi Everyone
I was wondering if anyone was using Brewers Friend as their brew program ?
If so I was wondering if anyone could help me out I am looking at cubing a few brews and can't work out how to change my recipe for this.

Recipe is as below
4.5kg Vienna
500g light Munich
500g Cara Munich
250g Crystal 80
30g Tettnanger @ 60
20g Tettnanger @ 30
aiming for around the 25 IBU mark
was wanting to cube this one to fit in a double brew day before I head away.

No worries, what brewing system are you using?
umm kind of wondering what the 30min add is for, its not really going to add anything except more bitterness, which in my opinion is kind of a waste of hops, for a no chill to recreate it you'd probably put it in at 10mins instead. Though I'll wait to see what you were wanting from it.

Was looking at a Festbier for an Octoberfest beer
I can adjust if you think its a good thing and up the 60 min addition as a single hop addition to get the bitterness around the 25 to 30 IBU mark

on my own 3V system running at about 78% efficiency for the most part

ok I'd change it too 50g at 60mins thats with tettnanger being about 4.5%AA. and chuck in 10g at 5mins. No steep just cube. Probably benefit from a dry hop too maybe 30-60g but thats optional , Cheers mate!

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
3 weeks into dry July and going strong, im on the homeward stretch.
If anyone has trouble logging on , clear your computer with CCleaner or similar and youll be able to log on. Cheers
Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
