Hey all. Im going to brew a chocolate milk porter hopefully in the next few days. Very different for me ,Im having to add lactose, Cocoa. Any tips and tricks appreciated. And its a totally different grain bed for me so really looking forward to it.
If you guys are brewing something different than your normal id love to hear about it. Haha we all would. cheers guys.

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
