Hey All - happy new year and all that jazz.

Currently sitting at 10 brews in - most have been successful.

Have recently brewed a Canadian Blonde - and although has great head retention and a decent aroma - it doesn't taste all that amazing.

The pic's attached make the Canadian look great - especially in the glass I've purchased for beer sample pics.

I'm just wondering if anyone else who's brewed the Canadian Blonde, thought it didn't have the right amount of kick??

Has anyone done a mini-mash and used the Canadian extract to create something worthy enough to brag about?

Very plain beer that one, I only brewed it once and didnt do it again, it could be hopped up or something of course. Cheers
