yeah ditch the fine screen, you're fine to just add some sugar into the fermenter if you like, no need to stir or anything, the yeast will find it, let me know if you need help with how much.

Yeah I may need some help. Current OG is sitting at 1.046 using TILT but recipe was around 1.062 OG. I have raw sugar can I use that, if so how much for 23lt in fermenter?

thats a big difference was the tilt calibrated?
You'd need nearly a kilo for that. 955g
Can you take a hydro reading?
If the reading is right, I'd probably add 500g and leave it at that, that'll take it to around 1.055

Yes the TILT was calibrated, Reading was around 1.045 so I think the TILT is OK. Have had trouble in past with Battery draining but that seems resolved.
Ill add 500g to the brew, any need to dissolve or just throw it in.
