The Calcium additions are for Melbourne water, leave out completely or adjust for your water conditions!

This recipe I got from someone that said it was authentic, i made a few very small changes, but on first tasting it needs some work, next time I'd up the 5min hop addition and also dry hop with at least 25grams of cascade!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
