An answer to the question from BeerRay1986 under “Getting the best from the Brewzilla 3.1”

My mill is a 2 roll Brewferm Grain Gorilla. It has stainless steel rollers, is easy to adjust, and the gap stays where you set it. It also has a built in base with notches, which sits nicely over a bucket. And being a 2 roller design it is easy to set the gap, and get the rollers parallel. (This has been important to me whilst I have been experimenting with different levels of crush).
I’m not sure about the worldwide availability, but if you can get it then its a worthwhile investment. It cost me just over £100 in the UK.
Cheers
Geoff

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
