Hi Gash,
I know you have the recipe for Maiden on BS but I cant access it as not a member. Do you have this on Brewfather??
I wanted to know you target water profile for the Maiden Voyage?
If I enter Pale ale or IPA it tells me it will be very dry or bitter.
Was wondering if you aimed more towards the full and malty target as in the Harpoon hazy ?

Umm no I don’t have that recipe, I could ask though. Do you mean Dolly Neipa? Anyway if it’s an neipa and you need a water profile, chose something like a milk stout or breakfast stout

Maiden Voyage was the first brew you did in the brewzilla 65, I have watched the video and you put out a recipe on beer smith which I cant access so cant see what you used as a target water profile ?
I have my home water profile and wanted the target water profile for the Maiden voyage so I can adjust to suit.

It’s a pale ale. Water profile wasn’t in the recipe. Brewfather I’d probably pick hoppy profile if that’s what you’re using
