Just be aware it's fairly bitter and hoppy! You can drop the flameout hops from 40g to 30g if you like. Cheers!

Love a good hoppy beer. Might ease up on the hops though. What water profile do you recommend for this one?

Just finished a great brew day. Simple grain bill of 4KG ale malt and 400g med crystaL.!50 GRAMS OF Wai-iti and Rewaka inclusive. NICE. and simple. cheers and happy brewing :)
