Brewed this on the weekend, although I couldn't come up with Mandarina Bavaria or the Nottingham, I substituted with Cascade and Safale 4. Hopefully it turns out ok.

Its in my Fermentasaurus, not sure of the dry hop in a bag, seemed good in theory. Definitely had it get stuck from the collection bottle opening many times previously, so unsure what and how much to try for this. Any suggestions??

I'd just throw it in loose if I brewed it again, if you're worried about the bottle you could shut it off and remove it. Guess its just choice. I never had a real issue with it blocking, with the bottle on the bottom it continues to ferment a bit and pushes up through the hops most of the time. I've done all sorts of things, like putting a bit of pressure in, shutting off the bottle, letting some pressure out the top, then opening the bottle valve so the pressure pushes it up a bit, other times I've just left it and done nothing which is most of the time. Cheers!

Cool mate, I will give that a go just throw it in from the top, never done it because of the whole losing ferment pressure/risk of contamination etc

So, a mosiac and citra mix? About 40gm of each?

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
