The end of a pressure ferment was created by karmaIT
Hey guys,

total newbie here. have recently got into brewing and kegging etc.

I'm trying an aussie draught FWK to try get a few kegged and keep ahead of my drinking rate.

Ive been watching and following a lot of the info from HBN and decided to jump into a pressure ferment.

Its been 5-6 days now and ferment seems to have stopped, the pressure now however is dropping gradually by itself (currently 2.5psi)

how quickly do i need to get this transfered to a keg etc before i risk things ending poorly or will be ok as its a closed system?

Pic of the setup attached for reference

Cheers

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
