Busting Beer Myths #1 - Beer 'smoke'

I've heard a lot of people lately comment when some one open a beer and a 'smoke/haze/CO2' comes out of the bottle. Many seem to think it is linked with carbonation or the quality of said beer. In fact it is simple water vapour when a cold beer/liquid meets warmer air a mist of water vapour occurs and that's all it is!! Simple!! It does not in anyway reflect on the quality of the beer or even carbonation levels. Your thoughts??? Do you have any myths you'd like to bust?? Start a new thread or just post them here!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
