Wigram brewery here in Christchurch have just released their fresh hopped Pale ale. Drinking it at the moment and ive got to say that I need to grow some hops The brew has so much more to offer with fresh hops.Very very nice . An initial bitterness which disapates to all sorts of fruityness and finishes very slightly dry and leaves the palate fresh and satisfied and happy for another.
Im not good at this tasting but just to say its very very enjoyable. cheers.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
