Was a chef and head chef in the main town Newcastle. Strange..I was brought up in ' Carrickfergus'..worked in the 'Dirty ould town' too for 5 years...mate, if I really sat down and thought about it...i'm 100% sure there's a song about where i've lived and worked over the years and not only Ireland. I did the London thing too during my 20's ( and that wasn't yesterday...lol )
