Ya i would love to see some pics too kezza as i also want to build my own. Spuds are dirt cheap here and i am itching to get some potatoe mash on LOL :woohoo:

My first spirit brew was a rum done with molasses from Farmlands and plain old table sugar.
Aged on bourbon barrel wood chips.
Turned out very good.

The latest attempt I've used raw sugar with the molasses but I need to do a couple more washes to run a second run/spirit run through the still and make my cuts.

Hi Gash your Coopers Chocolate and vanilla recipe turned out great with added vanilla extract in the keg. Next i'm trying your Coopers Neipa. Can you please tell me what temp you brewed that one,I'm gonan use S33 for that one instead us05
