Hey Guys

Names Jamey, From Point Cook, Melbourne, VIC AU Been following some of you guys on youtube and can quite easily say Gash and Craigtube got me into brewing (Sorry Tiny didnt find you until a couple of weeks ago)

Im 30 married with 5 kids and work as a Switchboard Builder, I'm a sheety by trade but spend most of my time at the moment fitting out switchboards and working on site installing them. The company i work for is setting up the sheetmetal side of the switchboard fabrication so i will be heading that up!

Been brewing since November 2012 done few K&K few Extracts a BIAB and iv just finished my Mashtun and HLT and am planning a AG brew in the next few weeks. Used to be a Carlton Draught Drinker and the odd Coopers Pale and Fatyack on tap.... mainly stayed on the draught cos its cheap... starting to love my hops and want to get into a few hoppy pales and iipa's just to get a taste of it.

Been using US-05 yeast since i started and add hops to most of my K&K brews the old quick n easy brew!!! now with my fermentation fridge on the go iv got much more control over everything and cant wait to get playing with 3v AG

Cheers Guys!!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
