Just found my way into this community, thanks to Gash, and his brewing videos on YouTube. Male, 57 years young, living in Norway, Europe. (60 degrees North, 5 East). Have been a home brewer since 2007/08. Last brew called "Van Diemens Land IPA", basically a Cooper IPA plus a box of Munton Light LME, some DME edition, and finally adding some 30 grams each of Amarillo snd Citra hops at 5 minute boil for flavour and aroma. Turned out very nice, but keg is empty now

G'day mate! That does sound nice but depressing the keg is empty! I hope you have a fermenter full some where!

Yes dont be like me that kicked his last keg and has nothing brewing currently so will now be without home brew for at least two weeks.

Drunken Ramblings
Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
3 weeks into dry July and going strong, im on the homeward stretch.
If anyone has trouble logging on , clear your computer with CCleaner or similar and youll be able to log on. Cheers
Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
