Long time on and off just follow the instructions extract brewer back at it after a 4 year break due to laziness, found this place while looking at Gashes YouTube page thanx for the inspiration 
just put down the Coopers pale ale with Specialty grains recipe from here used the Hoppy Pale ale idea with 14 min and 1 min 30g Cascade hop additions, looking to maybe dry hopping it with Galaxy but not sure as the whole dry hop thing is all new to me.
Thanx again Gash for the inspiration to try different things in extract brewing.

Drunken Ramblings
Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
3 weeks into dry July and going strong, im on the homeward stretch.
If anyone has trouble logging on , clear your computer with CCleaner or similar and youll be able to log on. Cheers
Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
