G'day Gash and all you cellar dwellers.
Just a brief intro from me. I live in the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria Australia. Have done a fair bit of extract brewing in the past (not very successfully) and now want to get back into home brew again but to make a better fist of it this time. I like the idea of all grain brewing and would like to be able to make some drinkable brews in the future. I saw the video on Youtube of Gash's Chocolate, Vanilla Stout and have decided to make this my return to home brew beer. Have already read some of the posts on this web site and am feeling very confident with your help I can be a little more successful this time around.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
