All Grain Newbie was created by Stubbsy
Hi All, Stubbsy here, I've been brewing extracts for the last 30 years and now have a Guten 40 for Christmas. With absolute zero experience with all grain, YouTube is getting a flogging. So here I am ready to learn.

Cheers Stubbsy

Good stuff Stubbsy, good luck with the brews, can be stressful the first few, but just take it easy and you'll get beer. Cheers!

Yes just stick to your plan. The airlock is not always an indication of whats going on, cheers :)

Hi again, my NEIPA started fermenting sturday night, has been bubbling madly since. However I have just checked it (Monday night) and it has stopped bubbling. I was going to dry hop day 4/7 - should I still stick to plan?cheers, Rob

My experience is it produces a fuller bodied beer with a higher FG.Attenuation being 70 to 75% Cheers
