Low ABV Bitter. was created by Dullahan Brewing
Trying to come up with a couple of recipes for low abv beers and this one below is a variation of my yorkie bitter i did recently but as a low abv bitter.I am slighty worried that it will be too thin/watery to the point it will taste crap,so is there any way i can adjust the recipe or process to avoid this as much as possible ? :P

Look into using rye malt with your low ABV beers. It's a great way to add body to a beer. This video might give you some ideas:

I did a mild, not quite as low as yours but it was nice, I think your recipes need more crystal maybe.. And next time I do one I'll use munich malt for most of it I think.

Both additions of chinook hops could be left out if after a more traditional mild.

Chinook could be changed to any of your favourites. Or left out completely.

Reminds me I did one No Chill, same grain bill, no flameout hops obviously, but dry hopped with 30g Amarillo, I didn't like it, was actually too much hop which was weird, or maybe the flavour just didnt match...
