Yes indeed,it was not meant to be though,it was supposed to come out around 6.5 or just below but similar to the last three brews i used my old alu keg kettle for this one.This was due to SS boiler tripping out elements all the time.So basically Beersmith had the specs for my SS keg but i was using the old alu keg which had greater boil off and more deadspace. :blink:

The upshot of all that was that more got boiled off and i lost more to boiler deadspace,hence the wort was more concentrated and higher OG. :whistle:

Looks good! I might give this one a go next - just one thing: oats? I read somewhere that it's not just a matter of chucking them into the mash, but you got to take a couple of precautions due to the gummyness they make when in a mash?
