I have been making fairly mediocre coopers kits for a while now.
Got a Real Ale kit from the instructions of their website making an "Unreal ale" which was pretty much just the Real Ale can, a KG of Dextrose and half a KG of Light Dry Malt.

Its time I beefed up these kits..

I want to cut my teeth by adding something extra..

Any Recommendations of something easy i can try?

I really liked this one too, was very nice. I'd leave it to day 4-5 to dry hop and just throw the hops in.

Both of the above look pretty damn good.
I might give the celebration ale a crack because i really like that beer.

Just hop additions at this point..

Mini Mash in the future.

I gotta crawl before i can run i suppose.

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
