Craigtube Porter finished high was created by munisingbeer
my craigtube porter was fermented on S04 and eneded around 5.7 (so not bad) the OG was a little high 1.067 but it also finished rather high as 1.024 and I'm a bit worried but given that it did move 43 points and has been in primary for 11 days I think my plan wil be to check it in 2 days and if it is still @ 1.024 I'm going to keg it...Ideas?

Give the fermenter a little shake and if it's not a 22C then raise the temperature. It won't hurt to leave it another week or 2, but if you have a stuck fermentation you'll end up with bottle bomb. I had the same problem once. 2 months later i moved them and they started to ferment in the bottle.

I haven't brewed this recipe, but had a brew finish about the same count. Since you are kegging it all will be fine! I bottled mine cause I had everything ready, I bottled with the same amount of priming sugar as usual (my usual is 175g)I just checked a bottle every couple of days to see how carbonation was going, they ended up fine, think I had them in my fermenting fridge for two weeks, but if they had of seemed to be getting over carbonated I would of moved them to my cold fridge to stop any further carbonation.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
