How do you know if your beer is infected?

I know what a bacteria infect looks like and I don't see that so far but as you say need to leave it another while to be sure. Only leaving it a week more though as It will be tying up my fv otherwise.

and if you're still unsure and have enough bottles , I'd bottle it anyway and see how it goes, if you havent enough bottles just bottle a couple, even if you just put it in empty coke bottles

We'll if its still iffy in a week I will stick in some 2litre fizzy pop bottles and store it for a while. I gotta get a decent brew soon m8 it cost too bloody much here lol

Hey Gash, got a quick question, was thinking about putting 2 All INN citra wort kits in the fermentersaurus, 30L, Then after ferment, adding the 5L cooled boiled water with priming Dex to each keg and filling, What do you think?
