9 days in this tastes great.
ended up putting in Northdown instead of Columbus or Warrier which i had in the freezer for the first dry hop.

Brewed 25th April Anzac day

Changed the dry hop to northern brewer (that’s what I had)

Kegged 20/05 with serving pressure carb about 15psi

Tasted today – sensational.

Would love to let it keep for a while but there’s no chance.
