Hey Gash...... just getting ready to brew this baby and was a little lost with the hop additions.

Your conversion is a little different going from metric to imperial:

20.00 g Columbus (Tomahawk) [16.30 %] - First Wo Hop 6 35.7 IBUs

converted to:

0.78 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [16.30 %] - Boil 60. Hop 6 36.6 IBUs

I am guessing that additions are as follows:

20.00 g Columbus @ 60 mins
20.00 g Columbus @ 15 mins
30.00 g Centennial @ 10 mins
30.00 g Cascade @ 5 mins
20.00 g Centennial @ flame out

30.00 g Centennial [10.00 %] - Dry Hop after fermentation for 3 - 5 days?

Hope I have that right?

Cheers

yep thats right, the 60min was actually a first wort hop add, but will be fine at 60min , or just chuck it into your first runnings.

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
