5 gallons/ 19L
OG = 1.062 FG = 1.016
IBU 45 ABV = 6%

11 lbs (5kg) Maris Otter
.25 lbs (110g) Crystal 120
.25 lbs (110g) Crystal 150
.25 lbs (110g) Weyermann Carafa Type II Malt
.25 lbs (110g) 2-Row Black Malt
.5 lbs (230g) Kiln Coffee Malt
.5 lbs (230g) Chocolate Malt
8.5 AAU Summit Hops (45mins) (.5oz/14g 17% AA)
5 AAU Willamette Hops (20mins) (1 oz/28g 5% AA)
5 AAU Willamette Hops (5mins) (1 oz/28g 5% AA)
Wyeast 1764 or Safale US05

Mash @ 152F (67c) for 60mins
If possible raise temp to 168F (76c) for 10mins
Sparge with 168F (76c) and collect 7.5 gallons (28L)
Boil for 60mins adding hops as listed above.
ferment @ 65F-68F (18c-20c)

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
