Not sure what this will turn out like but i knocked it up to use up some older grains that were lying around but are still good. :blink:

I don't know whether this is considered a stout or porter now but i added some chocolate malt to the recipe above and selected FES on the drop down menu as that brought parameters more inline

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
