hey do i have to carbonate my beer while conditioning it? i was thinking of using my soda stream to carbonate my home brew so i was wondering if i bottle my beer and dont carb it will it still condition?

Hi i used the same recipe as you did for the hoppy coopers pale ale, simple quick and easy, i bottled it and kept it at 20 degrees for a week, do i then just keep it at room temperature for a further two weeks, or store at a lower temperature? thanks

Another week wouldn't hurt, you could put one in the fridge and see if its carbed enough.

The hoppy flavour will keep better if stored cold once they are carbed, the beer will also clear faster, but this isnt always possible due to space.
