Interested unmaking an AG Millet beer but am at a loss to find a recipe, so I'm looking to make my own.

Have minor experience in fermenting and think I can hold my own; but don't know how to start!?!

So, I have 40L fermenter, my Millet is on its way (French Whit Millet) and ... now I'm stuck. How much grain would I need to use?

Cheers

G'day mate, I've never seen a 100% millet beer, although that doesnt mean they dont exist of course! I've seen it used in small amounts in some AG beers an larger amounts in some gluten free beers, I'll post a couple of links. The AG recipe in the gluten free shop uses a fair bit and has some recipes on the recipe page as well.

this article has a few recipes that use a small amount

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
