Just released BeerSmith 2.2, a significant (and free) update to BeerSmith desktop for the holiday season. Some of the highlights include:

Ability to search all local recipes by ingredient, style or name
Cloud search built into the program (search thousands of recipes online)
Automatic archiving of all recipe changes
A cleaner interface, and you can save your favorite views
IBU calculation of whirlpool/steeped hops and support for non-fermentable ingredients

Awesome... I heard that Justin from the BN was beta testing a new version of BeerSmith; I wonder if this was the version? I was thinking of doing a BeerSmith related video, but if an entire new version is coming out soon, I was going to wait. This is probably the version Justin was testing...

How many computers can you have Beersmith 2 on at the same time? I bought BS2 when it came out and stuck it on my old desktop and laptop,now i have a new laptop for college and i want to stick it on there with the new update (college=beer right ?). I had heard that there was a limit on the amount of PC's you could install it on at once? :woohoo:

Beersmith says only two, but I'm thinking its only two 'active' computers, and I'm not sure its actively enforced. I have it on three with no problems, but I dont use my old lappy anymore.
