Yep something like that :woohoo:

One thing that has me slightly worried and i am getting conflicting replies on this, the pressure cooker in the pic is aluminium, i could not get a decent size one in stainless, not at that price anyway. Now on one of the FB groups all the yanks are freaking out over the mention of alooominum for use in distilling. On the other hand we were reared on grub cooked in aluminum pots(which might explain a lot actually), my thinking being that cabbage and spuds would be just as good/bad in aluminium as a wash?

It is an 18 litre aluminium pressure cooker and my question is this, can i safely use this long term for distilling and is it safe to drink distillate run from an aluminium vessel ?

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
