Hi all found this site thanks to Gash and watching his vids on youtube and wanted to get into all grain for quite a while now so i just finished building my HERMS system and i'm about to try my luck at a 30ltr batch of Gash's Hoppy Pale Ale hope it turns out the way i am expecting it to :)

Kit Brew Day Tomorrow, Black Rock Pale ale and number 40 larger brew enhancer by mangrove jacks. And possibly some honey. Yeast US05 ??
