Just getting back into brewing after a decade or so off. Was only a k+k guy before and it tasted shit, that along with extra commitments made it easy to give up.

But i always wanted to get back into brewing and to do a better job of it. Now i have a kits n bits In the fermenter maybe ready to bottle this week will see what the SG is doing tomorrow before i cold crash. Will be working my way up to a biab system before too long and will see how i go from there.

No worries mate. On both counts

Mostly here to learn about what I'm doing and what I want to do. Maybe if i feel qualified enough down the track i might be able to contribute a bit too. But right now I'm just trying to keep it simple. If it weren't for a few brewers on youtube i might not have even tried a kits n bits brew yet alone planned to take it further.
