Gday All

once again another stupid ass question

with the brewzilla , when i get to end of the mash in do i ramp up to mash out temp of 76 degrees and then start the mash out. or do i start the mash out from the end of mash in to the end of mashout?

so if i have a mash out temp of 76 for 20 minutes if it takes 10 minutes to get to 76 does that mean its 10min ramp up+20 minutes mash?

sorry i am good at confusing people and myself
