JPA mk.3 (Jamo's Pale Ale)

Here is the Recipe for JPA mk.3

This is a recipe that i made up for my first extract, it was derived from reading a lot of my favorite pale ale clone recipe's and has been working out quite well... Mk.2 was the first Allgrain version and it was a little high in the booze department and a tad too much crystal but it still went down like crazy... Gash, Mrs m3tal and I knocked off bout 25 longnecks of it one brew day....

Mk.3 is a little less caramel malts and a little less booze in it....

Batch Size - 25L
OG - 1046
IBU - 32.4
Est abv - 4.8%
EBC - 14.5
Est FG - 1009

Mash @ 64c for 60 min
Mash out @ 72c for 10 mins
Batch Sparge @ 72c

60 Min Boil

Grain Bill
3.5kg Breiss Pale Malt
1kg JWM Wheat malt
300g Breiss Crystal 60

Hop Schedule
25g Pride of Ringwood (8.7aa) @ 60
20g Cascade (5.5aa) @ 20
15g Cascade (5.5aa) @ 5
20g Cascade (5.5aa) @ 0

Whirlpool and Counterflow chilled down to 30c

US-05 Yeast Dry pitched @ 22c

40g Cascade Dryhopped for 5 days.

its probably going to taste like a bunch of flowers but i love cascade hops

its hard to find a line between informative and annoying im searching for the line and i'll toe it
