This is this Saturdays brew, never brewed it before! Going to give it a go but, came up with the recipe mucking around in Beersmith.. Any suggestions? I would of used all Goldings for the 60 minute but didn't have quite enough.

Yeah I have the first two books, that photocopy would be from Brewing Classic Styles because designing great beers doesn't have recipes from memory

sorry mate i gave you a bum steer on this - i had another look at the book last night at my mates place -

its called Brew Classic European Beers at Home

got some great recipes in there. its out of print now so if you see a 2nd hand one somewhere grab it !

Mixed this one up last night, chilled and then cubed. Waiting for the fermenter to become free then i will throw it in with London ESB yeast. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of info regarding ESB's so i was grateful to find this recipe. Cheers for sharing.
