Its coming, I got struck down with the flu, just coming out of it now,kept me down for over a week, hopefully brew it tomorrow or thursday at the latest and get the vid up ASAP, I want it as much as everyone else lol Cheers mate!

Oh no joke sorry for being impatient mate. Hope ya feeln better soon hey. The flu has been a mofo this year I've been done twice. Doesn't help that I run a business and cant have a day off. Thanks Gash.

All good mate! I just thought an NEIPA is all about the dry hop and it would be a bit silly to upload a brewing vid for it without including the dry hop. Though I often my mind lol Cheers!

Gidday Gash.

Thanks for the vid! Even though you made me paranoid about weavils and I went out today and bought containers for my grains haha.

I had a look at your recipe and changed it to suit what I have.

Do you think I could substitute the base malt for Golden Promise, use a mangrove jacks m44 yeast, and use cascade as the 60min bittering?

I reckon Ive got my water chemistry in check.

Brewed this yesterday with my the adjustments I mentioned above, In the 35L Brewzilla. First time ever I hit my target OG of 1.058. Smells tasty. Pitched yeast @20c. Set STC to 18c.

Will update how it goes.
