Hi guys

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

Im a long time all grain brewer (BIAB) who just bought a Brewzilla 3.1 35 litre .

Also upgraded quite a few other bits and pieces in my brewing set up so pretty excited to get a brew happening soon with some fresh equipment.

Looking forward to learning more from Gash and you guys about using beersmith its profiles, water, ph etc. They seem to be the main areas of attention and improvement for me.
