Hello Everyone! was created by SkidBaxter
I've been dwelling in my cellar day & night in Western Pennsylvania (US) for years and have followed the Cellar Dwellers since at least 2017, if not before then. I brew my own recipes most of the time, mainly partial mash. Brewing one of our house-beers this week, a Chocolate Milk Porter that comes in between 3.5% - 4% abv. Our other main house beer consists of variations on hoppy Pale Ale, usually around 4.5% - 5% abv. I've been playing with Idaho 7 hops lately, combining them with Chinook & Simcoe and getting tasty results! This is a great website & forum. Glad to be a part of it finally. Cheers!

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
