Yep, was very nice, its not a huge beer, but tasty. There is a tasting at the end here.
Cheers

Hi Gash,

New to tweaking recipes, do you reckon I've made any sins with the below / do you have any feedback?

This is for a 20L batch

2.25kg Maris Otter
1kg Vienna
0.5kg Flaked Oats
0.20 Light Cystal

5g Amarillo [8.7%] 60min
20g Citra [13.1%] WP
20g Galaxy [17.9%] WP
No Chill
US-05
40g Galaxy [17.9%] Dry Hop for ~3days

I have more Amarillo and Mosaic in the freezer. I think I'm stocked up with pretty similar tasting hops unfortunatey... What do you get from the Waimea that I'd be missing out on?

Thanks mate, love the vids.
Tim

Brewing a familiar Dark Mild later today. (hint: Was the bastard tired? Or was he run over by a tire (tyre). No one really knows). One thing for sure. It will be a treat when done. Cheers!
