BeerSmith

Anyone been havin dramas with BeerSmith not remembering recipes?? I’m creating them in the cloud and then with some of them I’m looking at them the next day or just 5 min later only to find that all the ingredients have gone except for 0.45 g of Pilsner malt when I had 2.5 kg of it in there along with all the other ingredients for example , it’s real random , I’ve emailed beer Smith about it a number of times but they never respond, thinkin about canceling my subscription ??
