Can you contrive a recipe from... was created by Yeastyboys
I have developed severe apoplexy  from going online, seeing so many great brewing recipes, ordering all the ingredients - only to stall and try and figure out what to brew? I already have a Pilsner mulling around in the cellar, one I made from another discussion on the forum, but wanted something special...here are the contenders:

+ 5kg DME - Light
+ 4Kg Pilsner 2 Row German
+ 3Kg Special Brewers Malt - L120
+ 2Kg German 2 Row Malt - L40
+ 2Kg german wheat malt
+ 500g Caramalt L45
+ 1Kg flaked oats
+ Safbrew WB-06 OR Safale S-04
+ Styrian Bobek 4.5% OR Hallertau Perle 8.5%

Whole bunch of other sugars e.g. Molasses, Demerara, honey, glucose syrup (corn), Golden syrup, etc.

What do you think is the absolute best utilisation of these ingredients?

What sort of brew do you want to do with this? All grain? Extract? etc?

Well, I don't want to sound too overconfident, but I'm ok with an all grain (considering the only real difference is the grain milling, mash thickness and the water temp from extract or PM). I would like a brew that tastes good, looks good and might grant some level of confidence to the brewer...and having a brag with the boys wouldn't hurt right? I'm hoping a pro puts something down and I follow it to the letter and it comes out like liquid sunshine.

In short - absolutely anything.

I still need to know size of brew and a rough alcohol level. I'm just trying to find out a bit about some of those other malts. I also need to know the size limit of your mash tun

--> Alcohol Level 5 to 7% (more if it's in the region of barley wine, stout or porter) :woohoo:
--> 5.5 gallons (19 litres)
--> I have a 5L mash vessel (not exactly a mash tun, but I'm working
on getting a proper one)
